Nothing would be blocking Microsoft Urls or any others to my knowledge and can't imagine that would be an issue as it doesn't block URL by default.ĮDIT 7:21AM 5/16: Still no go, but I tested ODT using my verizon cell phone hotspot and it still doesn't work. The weird part was that it was a Win10 machine, and it was all up-to-date in terms of applying Windows Updates. I even let tried letting it run for an entire weekend. Also, I use pfSense both at home and at work. Out of an entire organization, we had one single machine that had issues installing O365, it would always get stuck at 51. The support person said he had just finished installing Office for another customer - didn't get where they were tho. I spent 2.5 hours with Microsoft Support yesterday trying everything and that's when we got the SARA tool working. I can't help but think something is wrong with the CDN. I tried from my office and my home on both Comcast and ATT and at doesn't make a difference. Tried again this morning with the ODT and no go. SARA Tool, was the only thing that worked.

Offline Deployment Tool will download 32bit version of O365 Business but not the 64bit - Simply gets stuck at 371MB and never finishes. Click to run download from user portal won't install - stuck at 2% forever. I'm having the same issue since yesterday morning.
