Click on the correct one and click on the "Subscribe" button on the page that you get led to. Click on that and browse around for the version of TSLRCM that matches to the correct language (hover over the images for the full title as the under-image title space is too small to fit it completely). Immediately under the game's logo image on the Workshop page will be a set of links - Hover your mouse over "Browse" until a list of other links drops down from it and click on "Subscribed items". From the Tabs up above (top of this very page, immediately under the game's title), click on the "Workshop" link.
